About ICMDCS
The 3rd International Conference on Microelectronic Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICMDCS 2022) will be held at the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore India from 11th to 13th August 2022. The conference covers the subject areas including digital IC design, analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC design, Device Modeling and Technology, RF communication circuits, embedded systems; nonlinear circuits, and system In addition to the technical papers, the conference also covers tutorials on recent advancements in the above-said areas, Keynote and Plenary sessions by leading industry leaders and renowned academicians. It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science Series (Final Approval Pending).

The authors are invited to submit full-length original research contributions and review articles which are NOT Published / Submitted / Under consideration anywhere in other journals/magazines or conference proceedings.
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and authors of selected papers will be invited to present their work at ICMDCS 2022, after registration.
Since the proceedings of our conference is post-conference proceedings, the papers presented in the conference will thoroughly undergo the format, and plagiarism checks by the Springer CCIS publications team and the final decision on your presented paper will be based on the approval from publishers.
