ADZAP Competition

Overview & Theme

• Topics are provided on the spot, and participants have 10 minutes to consider the most effective strategy for promoting or selling the given topic or idea. Each team must present a 3-minute pitch on stage to convince the judges.
• The theme of the ADZAP will be revealed right before the starting of the competition (On the spot – multiple topics).

Rules of the Competition

• ADZAP is not an individual event. Teams should consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members. Only one student should register on behalf of the team.
• Only students who register before the deadline are permitted to participate. No spot registrations.
• Topics are given on the spot and 10 minutes time is given for preparation. Every team has to present a 3-minute pitch on the stage. In case participants exceed the time limit, judges will be free to disqualify the team.
• Teams can choose different forms of expression like Role play, short skit, jingles, short talk or any other innovative form. (Only in English or Tamil).
• Teams are allowed to bring the properties they need (Only handy properties are allowed).
• Participants must make their own travel arrangements.

Judging Committee & Prizes

• Judging: The decision of the judges is final and no discussion will be entertained over the decision.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this competition should external circumstances arise.

  2nd Place - Rs.3026/-
  3rd Place - Rs.2026/-
• Certificates: Certificate of participation will be issued to all participants.
