 Applicants having studied Biology/Physics/Chemistry in 10+2/ Higher Secondary Board are eligible for the following Bio
stream programmes only. Upon joining, the students need to mandatorily register for a bridge course in Mathematics

o B.Tech. Biotechnology(VIT, Vellore)
o B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering with specialisation in Bioinformatics(VIT, Vellore)
o B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering (Specialisation in Health Informatics) (VIT-Bhopal)
o B.Tech. Electronics and Communication with specialisation in Biomedical Engineering(VIT, Vellore)
4. INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL THE OMR APPLICATION:
 The application forms should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
 It is suggested that the candidate make a photocopy of the form and use it for practice. ONLY THE ORIGINAL OMR
APPLICATION FORM SHOULD BE SENT to the Institute.
 Read the instructions carefully before filling the application form. Requests for corrections will not be entertained later.
 Do not write or make any marks on the Barcode.
 Please note that your name and your date of birth should be exactly the same as given in your High school / 10+2 /
Intermediate / Pre- University examination certificate.
 Ensure the correctness of your mailing address, the pincode, valid e-mail address and mobile number. Please note that all
the communication will be sent to the email address and mobile number mentioned on the application form and VIT will
not be responsible if communications do not reach you due to incomplete or ineligible address, invalid e-mail address or
wrong mobile number or number/email address of coaching institute.
 Your application must be complete in all respects.

 An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be summarily rejected. Options filled
by you in the application form cannot be changed at a later stage.
 The filled-in OMR form should be enclosed in the envelope provided and should be sent through registered post or speed
post, before the specified date.
 Please note down the ten digit application number for your future reference.
