Online Withdrawal - 2022-23

Procedure if a student wishes to withdraw from the programme after a semester:

  • A student who wants to withdraw from the programme has to submit a request a letter for withdrawal duly signed by the student and the parent.
  • Alternatively, the parent could make a request for withdrawal from the programme through an E- mail addressed to the Proctor, HoD of the programme  marking a copy to Registrar.
  • The Proctor/HoD would be required to provide their comments on the request and forward the same to the Registrar (registrar@vit.ac.in) and the Students’ Records Section (ara@vit.ac.in)
  • The request would then be processed by the Students’ Records Section.
