Online Withdrawal - 2022-23
Procedure if a student wishes to withdraw from the programme after a semester:
- A student who wants to withdraw from the programme has to submit a request a letter for withdrawal duly signed by the student and the parent.
- Alternatively, the parent could make a request for withdrawal from the programme through an E- mail addressed to the Proctor, HoD of the programme marking a copy to Registrar.
- The Proctor/HoD would be required to provide their comments on the request and forward the same to the Registrar (email@example.com) and the Students’ Records Section (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- The request would then be processed by the Students’ Records Section.
