The Taguchi method is one of the widely used experimental methodologies to find the minimum number of experiments to be performed within the permissible limit of factors and levels. The method optimizes design/process parameters to minimize variation before optimizing to hit mean target values for output parameters. Taguchi method is for calculating quality characteristics using manual and computer software. The workshop also gives hands on training on Qualiteck-4 software.
