Rules:

1. The language of the movie should be in English. If the film is not in English, then it must have hard coded English subtitles.
2. Time limit: maximum of 15 minutes. (15+5). This margin of 5 minutes is for beginning and ending credits.
3. Participants should not hurt the sentiments of any religion, caste, community and social group.
4. No animals should be harmed during the making of these films. A disclaimer slate is mandatory.
5. A statutory warning must be issued if the film depicts content inappropriate content (for example use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs).
6. Use of CGI is not allowed.
7. Participants are required to bring digital camera for filming.
