Call for papers
Best oral presentations will be selected by a panel of judges and will be awarded.
Oral Presentation
- Abstracts must be submitted for oral presentation
- Abstract submission ends on June 12, 2020
- There will be a selection committee to review the abstracts based on its scientific merit for oral presentations
- The acceptance of abstract for Oral presentations will be intimated to the delegate before June 14, 2020
- Students/Research Fellows participating for the Oral Presentation will be given 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for the discussion.
e-Certificate
Only the presenting author will get an oral presentation certificate. A participation certificate will be given to registered co-authors who attend a minimum of 15 sessions for three days.
Publications
VCAN 2020 encourages original and unpublished work. Selected extended abstracts falling within the scope of the below two journals will be sent for publication after the regular peer review process as per the Journal’s policy. The timely submitted full papers to VCAN 2020 will be evaluated by the committee for its originality and subjected to the regular peer-review process by the assigned journals.
For publications in the said journals, selected extended abstracts will be intimated to the participants by June 30, 2020. Followed by this the selected authors should submit the full papers on or before August 1, 2020.
