Research-Industry Network (RIN)

Biomaterials are materials being extensively used for pharmaceutical applications and its borders are constantly expanding with new ANDA applications enabling affordable and accessible of medicines. The “Make in India” campaign highlights the new product development in pharmaceuticals; and for that new networks and channels need to be developed. At present, globally the product development is largely industry oriented; and there is a scope for academic research lead HiTech product development, through Research-Industrial Network (RIN), in lieu of open global market. The scope is particularly important, in the areas of drug delivery, biosimilars, combination products and nanomedicine. The RIN aims to provide a common platform for industries to identify its potential collaborators, technologies, human resource and academic consultancy. The RIN also provide a platform for industry by showcasing company profile, product profile, highlighting new entrants and identifying potential collaborators. Biomedical/Pharma/Biotech industries can participate in the conference and avail this opportunity through RIN channel by sponsoring the conference at different levels; and there are 10 slots available on a first come first basis.
