2.5.3 IT integration and reforms in the examination procedures and processes (continuous

internal assessment and end-semester assessment) have brought in considerable
improvement in examination management system of the institution

Examination procedures and processes

At VIT, all examination related processes and procedures are integrated into the indigenous

software VTOP and is being continuously upgraded. All activities related to examinations
including exam scheduling, venue and seating details, mark entry, grade processing, publication of

results, paper seeing process, revaluation and issue of consolidated grade sheet are carried out

digitally.
