9. Examination

The first activity in the academic year from O/o COE is preparation of Calendar of Examination
Activities. In accordance with the academic calendar issued by the Dean Academics the Final
Assessment Test (FAT) related activities is prepared and circulated to all the faculty members.

After the CAT (Continuous Assessment Test) - 1 and the withdrawal process, the slots-wise
examination schedule is prepared and sent to all faculty members and students. For the year 2018-19,
the fall and winter semester slot wise examination schedules are given below:

2. Result Analysis & Declaration of Results
The executive summary of the results for Fall & Winter (18-19) are furnished in the Annexure I.
After the FAT Theory evaluation and analysis of the Results, FAT marks are displayed in the student
login on the dates given below respectively for Fall 2018-19 and Winter. After the paper seeing process
the Grades are made visible to students.
