PROCTOR Scheme for Mentoring

 All faculty members are assigned 20 students each to proctor

 Proctor – Proctee meeting
is conducted min 3 times in
a sem. and the discussions

are documented online.
 First Wednesday of every
month between 11.00 a.m.

and 1.00 p.m. is kept as
Proctor Hour in which
Proctor-Proctee meeting
will be conducted. No

other meetings and classes
are conducted that time.
 Proctor will guide their

proctees in academic and
campus life like approving leaves, monitoring their performance,
supporting the slow learners etc.
 Proctor day is conducted once in a semester to all students in which

school faculty and proctees meet together in one place.
