ABOUT SPECIAL SESSIONS
NEleX 2026 invites researchers and professionals from the Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, and Instrumentation Engineering communities to submit proposals for Special Sessions. Each proposal must focus on a topic relevant to the conference themes and should not overlap with the existing technical tracks. A special session must mandatorily include paper presentations and is intended to address current and emerging research and application areas.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of the special sessions is to bring together experts in specific domains to foster technical discussions, knowledge exchange, and interactive engagement among participants.
GUIDELINES
- Special Session organizers are responsible for publicizing the session and attracting a sufficient number of quality paper submissions.
- All papers submitted to Special Sessions will follow the same peer-review process as regular conference papers.
- Each Special Session must have a minimum of 10 accepted papers from at least 5 different institutions.
- The organizer of each approved special session will be granted one complimentary conference registration.
