NEleX 2026 is pleased to announce 25 Research Travel Awards for young researchers participating in the conference.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be below 35 years of age.

Application Procedure:
Applicants are required to fill out the Google Form with the following details:

• Paper ID
• Paper Title
• Presenting Author Name
• Affiliation
• Copy of Conference Paper Acceptance (email received)
• Confirmation of participation in NEleX 2026

Award Value:
The award will cover travel expenses equivalent to AC III-tier train fare (shortest route).
Application Deadline: 05 May 2026
Important Note:

• The list of selected candidates will be announced via email and the official NEleX 2026 WhatsApp group on 09 May 2026 at 5:00 PM.
• Awardees must compulsorily attend the conference on 8th-9th May 2026.
• Attendance will be recorded during the sessions, and failure to attend may lead to cancellation of the award.
