Abstract Submission

Submit your abstract under the most relevant theme. The scientific committee will map accepted abstracts to tracks and sessions.

Format

Submission Guidelines

    Note: Please ensure that the abstract template provided on the conference website is strictly followed while preparing and submitting your abstract Category: Oral / Poster (allocation based on review score, theme fit, and program capacity). Poster size: Please strictly follow 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
Review

Double‑blind Review

  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified, and the payment option will be enabled only after acceptance.
  • Each abstract will be evaluated independently by two reviewers. In the event of conflicting recommendations, the abstract will be assigned to a third reviewer for final evaluation.
  • Reviewer pool: 25–30 reviewers
  • Publication: Online PDF Abstract Book
  • Potential journal partnership (TBA)
