Review

Double‑blind Review

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified, and the payment option will be enabled only after acceptance.
Each abstract will be evaluated independently by two reviewers. In the event of conflicting recommendations, the abstract will be assigned to a third reviewer for final evaluation.

Abstract submission deadline: ~~15 June 2026~~ 30 June 2026 (Final Extension).

Early Bird registration opens on 15 April 2026 and closes on 20 June 2026.

Regular registration opens on 21 June 2026 and closes on ~~30 June 2026~~ 5 July 2026.

Note: The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 30 June 2026 (final extension) in response to numerous requests from participants and collaborating institutions.
