Concession

Registration Concession Details

Conference + Workshop (Single Submission)
Avail a ₹500 concession on both the conference registration fee and workshop registration fee when registering for the conference and workshop together.
Conference + Workshop (Group Submission)
Applicable only to groups of five UG/PG students or Research Scholars. Each participant receives a ₹1,000 concession on the conference registration fee and a ₹500 concession on the workshop registration fee. The concession is applicable only when all five participants register together as a group.
Conference Only (Group Submission)
Applicable only to groups of five UG/PG students or Research Scholars. Each participant receives a ₹1,000 concession on the conference registration fee. The concession is applicable only when all five participants register together as a group.
Note
All other participants and registration categories are required to pay the registration fees as specified in the registration fee table.
Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Schedule
  • Cancellation requests received 60 days or more before the conference: 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation requests received 30–59 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the conference: No refund.
  • No-show participants will not be eligible for any refund.
Transfer Policy
Registration may be transferred to another participant from the same institution or organization upon written request submitted at least 30 days prior to the conference, subject to approval by the Organizing Committee. No registration transfers will be permitted within 30 days of the conference.
Additional Conditions
  • Any applicable bank transaction charges, payment gateway charges, GST, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 days after completion of the conference.
  • The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds shall be final.
