Optimal utilisation of resources
1. Continuous implementation of online systems to simplify the finance functions,
thereby improving the skill set and multitasking ability of the employees.
2. Energy saving measures through installation of solar plants and buying energy through power
purchase agreement.
3. The process of integrating all the departments through systems with finance department is
in progress resulting in cost saving and leading to paperless office in future.
4. Efficient working capital management resulting in regular payment of full salary during
the entire Covid Period to all faculty members, staff and all support staff working in the
University
