Registration Guidelines
At least one author of an accepted paper must register for VDAT 2024 under Authors(Academia)/ Authors(Industry) category
Registered authors must present the paper in person at the conference to receive a certificate
Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the conference proceedings
Co-Author(s), non-authors, design contest participants, PhD research forum participants may register as Delegates
Registered design contest participants must present their design in person at the conference to receive a certificate
The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Payment of registration fee can be done through registration link.
Registered authors/delegates should submit a valid ID proof and must carry the original ID card while attending the conference.
IEEE membership for the year 2024 is required to register under the IEEE membership category and valid proof has to be submitted during the conference
The registration fee includes conference kit, refreshment, and lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee
10% discount on the registration fee will be provided for participants who wish to do bulk registrations (more than 5 members) from the same institution. Interested participants may contact vdat.registration@vit.ac.in for further details.
