PhD Research Forum
This forum is an exclusive opportunity for PhD students who have submitted in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, their thesis within the past 1 year (after 1st June 2023) or are nearing completion to present their cutting-edge research, share insights, and engage with peers and experts in the field. This forum provides a platform to showcase your work, gain valuable feedback, and establish connections with fellow researchers and industry professionals.
We invite entries from eligible young researchers across India to participate in the PhD research forum and seize this chance to share their research endeavours with the community.
Eligibility:
Any PhD student who have submitted their thesis within the past 1 year (after 1st June 2023) from a recognized University or Institute and researched topics pertinent to the conference is eligible to participate.
Guidelines for submission:
The extended abstract must strictly adhere to the provided template and be in PDF format only. The font size should be a minimum of 10pt, using the Times New Roman font. The document should not exceed three pages, inclusive of tables, diagrams, and references (if any).
All documents must be submitted in PDF format exclusively.

Submission Deadline: 1st July 2024
Announcement of Shortlisted entries: 15th July 2024
Documents to be submitted:
Proof of studentship: A copy of the Thesis submitted certificate / Provisional degree certificate is sufficient.
Consent letter from your thesis supervisor/Institute.
How to Submit:
Extended abstract of the thesis as per the template provided below should be submitted via the given submission link in PDF format only.
Selection Procedure:
There would be a two-tier selection process. The initial shortlisting would be done by the Selection Committee based on the merits of the submission. Incomplete submissions will not be considered for the selection process. The shortlisted nominees will be invited to make poster presentation before the Selection Committee during the conference. The Selection Committee would then recommend the nominee for conferment of the Award.
Awards:
Best three thesis will be awarded along with a certificate of appreciation. Other selected thesis will receive certificate of participation.
