Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your final manuscript.
All final manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE 2-column format.
Accepted Full papers are limited in length to Six (6) pages including figures, tables, and references.
Short papers should be a minimum of four (4) pages.
Papers exceeding the page limits will not be accepted or extra page charges apply.
Use the IEEE templates or Microsoft Word and LaTeX templates given below.
Please address reviewers' comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version.
Please make sure that all Figures and Tables are of high quality.
Please don't use author titles (Dr., Ing., etc.) in front of names and avoid using positions such as Professor, Lecturer, Scholar, Ing., etc.
Please ensure that the submission information (including title, authors, abstract etc.) is updated with your most recent version.
Remove all headers and footers including page numbering except the conference title and copyright notice as described below.The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of the paper as shown in the footer of the template.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:

Add the title of the Conference to the header so that it appears in 1st page of your paper (as shown in the template):
The final paper must be converted into PDF with settings compliant with the requirements of the IEEE Xplore digital library. To this purpose, the IEEE PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf- express.org/) tool should be used. PDF files generated in a unique way might not be IEEE Xplore-compliant and could be rejected.
The instructions to generate an IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress web tool are listed below. https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site | https://ieee-pdf-express.org/Previous users of PDF Xpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. Upload the PDF validated by IEEE PDF Xpress via the CMT login under Author console page of your paper before the deadline (3rd August, 2024). Submit your final Camera-Ready paper to CMTPapers without completed copyright forms will not appear on the conference proceedings and will not be published in IEEE Xplore. The IEEE copyright transfer form can be filled in online easily through CMT.
To do so, please follow the procedure below:
Login into CMT and prompt to Author console.
By clicking on the 'Submit IEEE copyright form' link in the Author Console, authors will be redirected to the IEEE eCF site to submit the copyright form. After filling out the IEEE copyright form on eCF site, Authors need to download the form and upload it into CMT.
The details regarding registration process and dates are available in the conference website. (https://vit.ac.in/vdat2024/registration.html). The Early Bird Registration for the conference is due on 18th August, 2024.
Dear Authors,
Please prepare the presentation/poster as per the templates below. Please note the following:
1. Maximum no. of slides can be 15 excluding title and acknowledgement slides:
2. The file name of PPT should be “Paper ID_Presenter Name”.
3. Maximum 3-4 line Biography of the presenter along with a photo is needed.
4. Poster presenters are required to bring the printed poster (environment friendly) of size 84cm x 119cm.
