In all these endeavours, the students would always be ably assisted by
experienced and qualified faculty. For VIT, it is a matter of top priority that the
faculty should profusely interact with the students with a view to help them
generate novel ideas, which in turn could be expressed through their projects
(J component for example). Further, it is nothing uncommon that VIT receives
faculty members from abroad (primarily from developed countries) as visiting
Professors - some of them stay here for a semester - which in turn provides the
students with ample opportunities to interact with the foreign faculty.
Beside the curricular activities, the students are also encouraged to
participate in co-curricular "Club activities" which would help them to get
acquaintance with a wide array of "student communities" - there are over a
hundred Club Chapters devoted for skill development in a multitude of areas.
In summary, promotion of original thinking, coupled with exposure to excellent
infrastructure and knowledgeable people, has remarkably carved a pathway for
the students to attain not only the best possible collegiate experience and skills
needed for employment, but also perform as world class citizens.

VIT will continue to practice high ethical and moral standards in all aspects.
Exposure to excellent opportunities for the students.
Moulding VIT’s academic atmosphere in such a way as to encourage the
students to take the initiative in inquiry-based active learning and peer
mentoring.
Include more research component than the conventional class room
teaching/learning system.
Ensure that the students would always be ably assisted by experienced and
qualified faculty members (including those from world class universities
from abroad) who would profusely interact with them. Such an interaction
would improve the ambience of excellence in the institute and lead the
community towards genesis of novel ideas in a trans-disciplinary manner.
Mould the ambience to facilitate higher order thinking in the campus.
