The programme I 3 was a kick start for VIT in linking academia and the industry in the way forward in education.

Mr. Sivakumar, the CEO of ICT Academy and the chief Guest of the day started by introducing his ICT Academy. ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and Industries. The teachers are to be updated with the current technology which will help them mold students and to be in pace with the contemporary career needs.

            Dr. Selvam, the honorary guest briefed on the leadership strategies at various levels in the industry. He quoted the five leadership levels as insisted by John Maxwell which is fundamental for 360 degree level of development for an institution.
