IEEE Women in Engineering (IEEE-WIE) is one of the largest international professional organization which promotes women scientists and engineers and is dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of society. The organization plays a pivot role in inspiring girls to pursue their interests in engineering. Develop skills, gain knowledge and display their talents. We seek to recognize women's outstanding achievements, advocate women in leadership roles, facilitate the development of programs and activities that promote the entry into and retention of women in engineering programs. IEEE WIE envisions a vibrant community of IEEE women and men innovating the world of tomorrow.
