One-day Workshop on " Earthquake Resistant Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures"
On October 13, 2023, CDMM, VIT Vellore hosted a one-day workshop on 'Earthquake Resistant Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures' in collaboration with the Indian Society of Earthquake Technology (Vellore Chapter). Dr. Rupen Goswami, Professor of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras, and Dr. Chadrasekaran S S, Director of CDMM, delivered informative lectures and conducted hands-on practices on MASW equipment used to measure the shear wave velocity of the soil bed.
