Calculus is one of the primary avenues for initial quantitative training of students in all fields of Science and Technology. The Mathematical domain of calculus seems to be difficult to the students from the streams of life sciences. The basics of pre-calculus should be strongly laid to the student community, since the understanding of its contribution in relevant Engineering streams is mandatory. Here, in this value added program, we present an alternative model for learning mathematics that views the partner disciplines as crucial to students’ success. We equip our students with the basic Calculus and train them to relate it with other streams of Science and Technology.
