The fifth edition of Chem-A-Thon is a 36 hour non-stop, Chemical Engineering Design and modelling competition, organised jointly by the School of Chemical Engineering and AIChE-VIT Student Chapter, at VIT Vellore for all undergraduate students of the university and from various other institutions. Chem-A-Thon intends to bring together all the students who are pursuing their education in Chemical Engineering programmes to compete under a common umbrella and develop innovative solutions to brew solutions to industrial problems. It aims to provide a platform for budding chemical engineers to interact with each other as well as experts from various domains, thus building quintessential workplace skills. It provides an ideal opportunity for the students to demonstrate their skills and understand various chemical engineering concepts.
