The School of Electrical Engineering (SELECT) offers various programme for outside faculty members & students of other engineering colleges in the field of power systems, power electronics applications in power systems, control and instrumentation etc. The school believes that the engineering theory should always go hand in gloves with practice. This school has well developed laboratories with various software and hardware to support the concept of theory in practice. We have efficient technical supporting staffs to conduct experiments and simulation relating to the engineering problems. The knowledge imparted to the U.G. and P.G. programme helps the students to obtain high positions in industries through in-campus & off-campus interviews in particular, switchgear industries, IT, automobiles, TNEB and other related industries. Having extensive knowledge in software and hardware, the technical supporting staffs in collaboration with the experience faculty members intend to exchange their expertise to other engineering college supporting staffs relating to hardware and software implementation in their own hand by performing the experiments and simulations in the laboratories.

Keeping in view, the Technical Officers along with technical staffs offer this two-day workshop on “Hands on Training in Electrical and Electronics Engineering”. This course surely will help the participants to build the model block to perform the engineering experiments.
