Team Curtiss R/C, VIT bagged the 2nd position in MICRO CLASS Category in SAE Aero Design Challenge 2018

Team Curtiss R/C, an aerodesignTeam from VIT Vellore, participated in SAE Aero Design Challenge2018, a national level aero-design competition conducted by SAE-ISS (Society of Automotive Engineers - India Southern Section). The competition was held at Anna University, Guindy Campus, Chennai. The team took part in the MICRO CLASS Category, which saw around 47 teams compete for each other, from all over the country. The team bagged 2nd position in MICRO CLASS Category. For the team’s commendable performance, SAE-India awarded it with a Cash Prize of Rs. 50,000.
