The Vellore Institute of Technology won the seventh NALSAR inter-varsity debating championship, conducted by NALSAR University of Law.

The tournament that spanned three days witnessed the participation of 72 teams of two members each, and a number of adjudicators from across the country.



The team from VIT —Abhilaksh Sharma and Gautam Sridhar — was crowned champion.



The award for best adjudicator went to Vignesh Hariharan from MSR-Law, while the Meera Sinha award for best speaker went to Hemanth Chakravarty.
