VIT Vellore has conducted a Booster dose vaccination camp for eligible beneficiaries, booster dose vaccination has been administrated to 1022 beneficiaries. Booster doses are administered to a vaccinated person that has completed a primary vaccination camp held in 2021 in four phases. The objective of a booster dose is to restore vaccine effectiveness from that deemed no longer sufficient. The Booster Dose campaign is inaugurated by Founder and chancellor Dr.G.Viswanathan,VIT, Mr.Sankar Viswanathan - Vice President, VIT, Dr.Sekar Viswanathan, Vice President, VIT, Dr. Rambabu Kodali, Vice-Chancellor, Dr.S.Narayanan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, VIT were inaugurated the booster dose campaign for VIT family members.
