The Interactive Virtual Anatomy and Physiology Lab at SHINE provides a cutting-edge, immersive learning experience, combining advanced technology to enhance the study of human anatomy. The lab features a digital dissection table with a virtual cadaver, allowing students to explore the human body in a highly interactive and detailed way. With the integration of VR/AR headsets, students can view and interact with the human body in 3D, gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology.

The lab is equipped with motion tracking suits, EEG, EMG, and ECG systems to study human movement, brain activity, muscle response, and heart function, respectively. Additionally, a nerve conduction setup and ultrasound machine offer hands-on experience with diagnostic tools.

The lab also includes licensed 3D Segmenter software, which enables students to segment anatomical structures from MRI and CT images for detailed analysis. With a 3D printer available, students can print anatomical models, allowing them to create tangible representations of the human body for further study and research. This state-of-the-art facility fosters an engaging and comprehensive learning environment for students pursuing healthcare and medical technology fields.

The B.Tech in Healthcare Science and Technology prepares students to tackle the challenges of integrating healthcare with advanced technology. The program offers a multidisciplinary education that combines engineering, medical sciences, and cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, medical devices, and bioinformatics.
