The School of Healthcare Science and Engineering recently hosted a highly engaging lecture titled Exploring the Reproductive System: Hormonal Effects on Physiology and Behaviour, presented by Dr. Hemavathy Ramalingam, MD (Physiology). With over a decade of experience both as a medical practitioner and educator, Dr. Hemavathy serves as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology, at the Govt. Hospital, Adukamparai, Vellore bringing a wealth of knowledge and clinical insight to the session.

Dr. Hemavathy’s lecture delved into the complex interplay between hormones and the human reproductive system, emphasizing how hormonal fluctuations can significantly influence physiology and behavior.
