The workshop aims to strengthen the pedagogical practices of educators involved in teaching communication skills by combining technology-driven innovation with humancentred instructional strategies. It seeks to develop participants’ understanding of how AIenabled tools can be meaningfully integrated into communication-skills classrooms to enhance student engagement, support individualized learning, and improve feedback and assessment practices. At the same time, the workshop emphasizes the role of storytelling as an effective instructional tool for promoting interaction, empathy, critical thinking, and clarity of expression among learners. By encouraging reflective dialogue and collaborative exchange, the programme provides a platform for educators to share experiences, identify best practices, and address common classroom challenges.
