BioMET 2026 — the International Conference on Biomaterials, Bioengineering & Biotheranostics, held from August 5 to 7, 2026 and organized jointly by the School of Healthcare Science and Engineering (SHINE) and the Centre for Biomaterials, Cellular and Molecular Theranostics (CBCMT) at VIT Vellore, brought together global leaders, researchers, industry pioneers, and emerging scholars for three days of knowledge exchange, scientific innovation, and collaborative dialogue.

Centered around the core vision of “Accessible & Sustainable Healthcare”, the conference provided an international platform to highlight cutting-edge advancements across biomaterials, bioengineering, and biotheranostics.
