Team Avatar

Formed in August 2024, Team Avatar is VIT’s first and only official humanoid robotics team. A group of passionate students came together with one goal—to build a fully functional humanoid robot. Though the team is still new, their dedication and innovation drive them forward every day.

Team Avatar aims to push the boundaries of robotics by designing a humanoid that can move, interact, and assist in real-world tasks. They strive to compete on global platforms, contribute to research, and inspire future engineers. With every challenge, they learn, adapt, and take another step toward their vision.
