Agriculture 5.0 is the next generation of agriculture that is characterized by the use of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Machine Learning to improve agricultural productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Digital innovations are playing a key role in the transition to Agriculture 5.0, and agri-tech start-ups and agribusinesses are at the forefront of this innovation. Agriculture 5.0 builds on the foundations of previous agricultural revolutions, such as the Green Revolution, which used fertilizers and pesticides to increase crop yields.
