Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is thrilled to announce the signing of an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey, School of Engineering, following a meeting between the Rutgers delegation and our faculty members.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Alberto Cuitino, Dean, School of Engineering, representing Rutgers University and our Vice Presidents Mr. Sankar Viswanathan and Dr. Sekar Viswanathan. The delegation from Rutgers included Dr. Eric Garfunkel, Vice President for Global Affairs; Dr. Ashutosh Goel, Professor, Dept. of Materials Science and Engineering; Dr. Hao Lin, Dean for Graduate and International Education, School of Engineering and Mr. Riddhiman Sarkar, Lead, Programmes and Partnerships. Our Executive Director Dr. Sandhya Pentareddy; Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Partha Sharathi Mallick; Director-International Relations Dr. R. Seeninvasan and the International Relations office members.
