This workshop focuses on the technical design and development of systems using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). It introduces Generative AI models and their ability to create text, code, images, and other content from learned data distributions. Different types of generative models such as transformer-based LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs are briefly discussed. Core concepts such as transformer architecture, tokenization, embeddings, and attention mechanisms are covered. It explains system architecture, including frontend, backend, and LLM integration. By the end, participants can design and implement robust applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
