Power supply quality and reliability are very important for both industrial and commercial organizations especially for the use of digital technology (ICT & AI) and industrial automation (IoT) effectively for economic growth. However, it is also important for both residential and agriculture customers to avoid failure of their equipment leading to both financial losses and accidents. The significance of power quality increase many folds with the increase of Electric Vehicles, AI Data Centers, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing, and Grid Integration of Renewable Energy for progress towards developing Smart Grid and Smart Cities. This context highlights the need for awareness and capacity building on Power Quality Standards, Monitoring and Data Analytics among the (a) Utilities (b) Industry (c) Regulators (d) Policy Makers (e) OEMS (f) Academic Researchers and (g) Customers. The one-day workshop “Power Quality Data Analytics” is organized to all the stakeholders to highlight the importance of power supply quality and reliability in day-to-day life and take necessary steps to advance professionally for the benefit of society and country for achieving Viksit Bharath.
