GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The competitions are only for the students of VIT Vellore.
2. Interested Participants can scan the above QR code or go to https://tinyurl.com/poetryday2025 to register.
3. The registration form is common for all events.
4. All x-thon events are live competitions.
5. Insta-poetry event will be available throughout the peri-od. Winners will be judged solely on “likes”.
6. Registration for each event closes 2 days before the event.
7. Students can register for multiple events, but they will only be able to participate in one event per date.
8. Collab-o-thon: Participants must form teams of 4 mem-bers. Each member will register individually in the form.
9. For any clarification write to the coordinators.
10. Winners of all events will be called for recitation.
11. Decision of the Judges will be final
