This International Business Research Seminar (IBRS) aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between students and researchers from India, Nepal, and other countries. This international seminar seeks to explore contemporary issues, trends, and innovations in business research, with a focus on global perspectives and cross-border implications. It is expected to increase understanding and collaboration, thereby enhancing international research cooperation. It also provides publication opportunities in indexed journals for selected papers. It further strengthens academic ties between VIT Business School and the Lumbini Banijya Campus. It enhances research capabilities and skills among participants.
