B.Sc Catering and Hotel Management

  • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with minimum of 60% overall aggregate. Candidates appearing for class XII final can also apply.
  • Programme is designed with Curriculum Based Learning (CBL)
  • Semester Pattern (VI Semesters)

  • Duration : 3 years (Full time)

Lab Facilities

State of art laboratory facilities allow students to showcase their knowledge and develop their skills according to industry requirements.

  • Front Office Lab
    Front office lab is intended to look at the reception and lobby area of the star hotel. The lab is set with reception counter, bell desk, world clock, GRE desk, internet connection and is also equipped with luggage trollies and other state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Housekeeping Lab
    The housekeeping laboratory is designed to meet the needs of each guest with housemaid trolley. In addition to this laboratory, there are specialized areas such as laundry and mock-up room. This model guest room is set with the industrial standard, a mock-up set up with the most up-to-date furniture to meet the demands of the industry. Time friendly practical classes are becoming the best way to deliver content to students. Student training in the necessary skills and competencies goes hand in hand with the regular curriculum in order to provide students with impeccable knowledge.
  • Food Production Lab
    The food production section has the following kitchens like Basic training kitchen, Quantity training kitchen, Advanced training kitchen, Bakery and Confectionery section, which are all equipped with modern equipments and the section emphasizes in-depth culinary training.
  • Food & Beverage Service Lab
    This training restaurant resembles a star-class hotel restaurant. It is equipped with air conditioning and luxurious seating arrangements. It also has a mock bar. The set up gives students ample opportunity to gain impeccable knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Library
    Hotel management school has its own library apart from the main library with a wide range of culinary books, magazines and other printed materials.
  • Computer Lab
    Consists of its own computer lab that is accessible to students to search for valuable data and information.
