Programme Outcome

  • To prepare students to perform tasks as per the industry standards in the areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front office and Accommodation operation and to assume their role as effective leader of the hospitality team.
  • To strengthen student’s skills in understanding the tasks, functions, duties and activities in the operation of the hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise ships, government and private sectors in accordance with the competency standards.
  • To produce eminence students with balanced knowledge, skills based on international standards in order to have industry exposure in hospitality and do their own business as an entrepreneur.

Programme Specific Outcome

  • Prepare hospitality undergraduate candidates for entry level positions with specific attention to individual, social and environmental perspectives.
  • Understand and demonstrate basic technical, analytical and conceptual skills applicable to hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop, consider, question, and explore perspectives or alternatives to problems in hospitality operations.
