Yes. Every B.Tech specialisation at VIT Vellore is admitted through VITEEE 2026. One application and one rank cover admission across all four VIT campuses.

Yes. During counselling, candidates choose their preferred campus and specialisation in order of rank, subject to seat availability. Stronger ranks unlock wider choice across high-demand specialisations like CSE, AI&ML, Data Science, and Cyber Security.

Yes. The B.Tech Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) is offered at VIT Vellore under the School of Electronics Engineering. It prepares students for careers in chip design, semiconductor industry, and hardware engineering.
